YT系列高精度全自动玻璃双孔钻孔机

该机采用上、下双面自动钻孔，由PLC控制钻孔程序，操作简便。钻孔采用气缸传动和脉冲技术，钻孔速度快，成型质量好，几无爆边。电机采用三级皮带轮调速，应对不同的钻孔直径。双轴同时钻孔，玻璃孔间距由编码器控制，通过数显器输入调节，孔距精准。配备活动坐标定位靠山装置，孔位，孔距精准。配备气动升降台，用于大板面玻璃在线生产的移动。该机特别适用于淋浴房玻璃、汽车玻璃、点式幕墙玻璃等有规则的多孔玻璃。特别适用于淋浴房玻璃的钻孔。

Superiority of Machine:
?	Double surface automatic drilling which controlled by PLC drilling program.
?	The drilling apparatus adopts hydraulic buffer and pulse technique, which could drill holes rapidly and with good forming quality, no cracking around the hole.
